Deputy Minister Nomusa Dube-Ncube will on the 30th of September 2026 join the 25th Annual South African Association of Public Administration and Management as a panelist joined by other esteemed colleagues under the theme “Building a capable and ethical state”.
The conference features prominent leaders and policymakers and serves as a combined academic and practitioner forum promoting good governance, professionalization, and research excellence in public administration.
The 7-day conference is convened under the theme: “Growth and Sustainability through improved Governance: Re-imagining Institutions, Leadership and Development in a Changing World”.
Dube-Ncube’s contribution in the conference is expected to lean into her extensive leadership experience in public service and highlight her value system that has translated into and defined her various roles that span her decades-long career in different spheres of government.
She will further speak on the role of higher education in inculcating a national value system that can be rightfully used as a mechanism for building a societal value and ethics ecosystem.
